Pregnancy dream

Last night I had such a vivid dream I felt like I needed to write about it.  Somehow I went in for a doctor's appointment and discovered that I was pregnant with twins and they were already full-term.  I kept getting asked if I wanted to induce labor or have a c-section, and I finally chose the c-section because I was so indifferent to labor.  In the dream I was so casual about this surprise pregnancy, but I was still saying "I better get the c-section so they don't suffocate coming out."  I woke up before they were actually born though.  Even in my dreams I don't get to have living babies.  I  kept trying to fall back into the dream so I could see what happened, because I was so happy in the dream.
