Capture Your Grief Day 7: What to Say

I pulled out all of Kayla's cards and letters that were sent to us in the weeks following her birth and death.  I will save those cards forever probably, because each one means so much to me.  Even the ones that someone just simply signed their name.  I still remember how each day when the mail would come, having a card or letter was like a small wave of comfort or hope.  Someone cared, someone acknowledge her and our pain.

There are many "wrong" things to say, but for me, even those wrong things are better to hear than nothing.  Say something.  Anything.
